I’ve been fortunate enough to spend the last two summers as a backcountry canoe guide in Algonquin Provincial Park, so canoe camping is definitely my vibe. I also love to climb, skate and play any sport! I’m super excited to share some great adventures with everyone this year, particularly the big overnight trips!

Vitoria’s love for outdoor adventuring has only increased since being out in BC this summer. Anything from hiking, to rock climbing, to canoe camping, to skate skiing, Vitoria’s absolutely game! She even had a volunteer hour where she and a friend rated the roundness of birds aka Borbs!

Hey! I'm Emily! I love soaking up vitamin D by chilling in the sun, and fall is definitely my favourite season. This summer I went on a roadtrip of Canada's East Coast and did some amazing canoe camping trips with friends. The way to my heart is probably candy, boardgames, and rewatching the same 5 comfort movies. I'm hoping this year with PCOCC to get better at packing light and doing some more challenging hikes. Mark/Mars (whichever name you feel more comfortable using is fine) has once again been dragged out of the forest and into the city, awaiting with much anticipation the many adventures to be had this year with the PCOCC. Along side an affinity for camping in any season and the outdoors in general, they enjoy biking and bike repair, canoeing, inspecting rocks for potential fossils, and occasionally munching on some shale (for science). They will want to interact with every animal, 'though discretion is used. And before the age-old question gets asked, their favourite dinosaur is microraptor.

Chris had the awesome opportunity of working in the outdoors this past summer with Parks Canada in Banff National Park and cannot wait to continue to venture into the Great Outdoors this upcoming academic year with PCOCC! Chris does way too many outdoor pursuits, but biking and bikepacking are the vibes that he most enjoys. Cuttlefish are also pretty cool.

Ali adores any and all aquatic activities. Other outdoor activities are also awesome, but if there’s water involved, they’ll be there. After a summer spent working as a whitewater rafting guide, she’s ready to get back into the school grindset so those escapes out into nature feel even sweeter. His favorite food is salmon. They use any pronouns, and can’t wait to see you all outside!
